How the fee works
Igboro takes a small percentage of each sale. You pay nothing to list or to have a page. If you don't sell, you don't pay.
On Free
A buyer pays ₦10,000
Fee: 6% (never more than ₦5,000 a sale)
You keep ₦9,400
On Pro
A buyer pays ₦10,000
Fee: 3.5% (never more than ₦3,000 a sale)
You keep ₦9,650
On small sales from ₦2,500 to ₦4,999 a flat ₦100 is added to cover payment processing. See every fee and charge.
Questions about pricing
Do I need Pro to sell?
No. Payments, your shop, bookings and tickets are all on the Free plan. Pro is for people who sell enough that a lower fee and better insights pay for themselves.
What does the platform fee cover?
It's taken from each sale and already includes payment processing, receipts, your order inbox and your page. Buyers pay the listed price and nothing extra. You always see the exact amount before you sell and before you withdraw. Every fee is listed on the fees and charges page.
What happens if I stop paying for Pro?
Nothing is deleted. After a short grace period your account goes back to Free: the standard fee applies on new sales, the badge comes back, advanced analytics lock, and blog subscribers stop getting new posts by email (your list is kept for if you return). Pro styling you already added stays, but you can't add new Pro styling. Your page, products, customers and history stay exactly as they are, and we email you before and when it happens.
How do I pay and can I cancel?
By card through Paystack. It renews automatically each month or year, and you can cancel renewal any time from your dashboard. Pro keeps working until the period you paid for ends.
Is there a free trial?
The Free plan is free for as long as you like, with no card needed. Start there and upgrade when you're ready.
