What your buyers pay

  • The price you set. We add nothing at checkout.
  • Card and bank-transfer processing is already in our fee.

  • Event tickets are the one exception: if you add the service fee on top, buyers see it as a separate line before they pay.

Money, refunds and ads

  • Sales are added to your balance. Withdraw to your verified Nigerian bank account once it is at least ₦2,000; a ₦2,000 withdrawal sends ₦1,950. We review withdrawals, normally by the next business day.
  • On a refunded ₦10,000 sale on Free, we keep ₦250 of the ₦600 fee and return the rest. See Refunds and Disputes for who can cancel what.
  • If you decline an ad, or do not approve it within 72 hours, the advertiser is refunded in full. The smallest share one page can get from a network campaign is ₦1,000. See the Ad Policy.

Pro, taxes and changes

  • Pro pays for itself when you sell about ₦200,000 a month. Nothing on your page is deleted because of your plan. See Pricing.
  • Everything is in naira. You are responsible for any taxes you owe on what you earn.
  • We email you at least 14 days before a fee change, and this page shows the new date. A change never applies to sales you have already made.

Questions about fees

Is there a setup fee or a monthly fee?

No. Having a page, adding links, products, bookings, events and a blog is free. You only pay a fee when you get paid, or if you choose the Pro plan.

Do my buyers pay anything extra?

No. They pay the price you listed. The only exception is event tickets, where you can choose to add the service fee on top of the ticket price; if you do, the buyer sees it at checkout before they pay.

Does the fee include payment processing?

Yes. Card and bank-transfer processing by our payment provider is included in our fee, so there is no second charge.

What does it cost to withdraw?

A flat ₦50 is taken from each withdrawal to cover the bank transfer. The minimum withdrawal is ₦2,000.

What happens to the fee if I refund a sale?

The buyer gets their money back and the sale is taken off your balance. Our payment provider keeps its processing charge on a refund, and you bear that cost: we keep that part of our fee and return the rest to you. On a ₦10,000 sale on Free, the fee was ₦600; on a refund we keep ₦250 and return ₦350, so you are ₦250 down on that sale, not the whole fee. If a booked time is lost to a clash on our side, we return the whole fee.

What is a chargeback, and who pays?

A chargeback is when a buyer's bank reverses a card payment. The sale is taken off your balance, and any dispute fee our payment provider charges us is passed on to you. We tell you straight away and help you answer the dispute with proof of delivery.

Why is there a flat extra amount on some small sales?

On sales from ₦2,500 to ₦4,999, a flat ₦100 is added to the fee. Our payment provider charges its own flat amount from ₦2,500, and this keeps our fee covering it. Sales under ₦2,500 pay only the percentage.

Is there a limit to the fee on a big sale?

Yes. The fee on a single sale is never more than ₦5,000 on Free or ₦3,000 on Pro, however large the sale is.

Will the fees change?

They may. We will email you at least 14 days before a change takes effect, and a change never applies to sales you have already made.

Still not sure? Ask us. The full legal wording is in the Terms.

Free to start. Pay only when you get paid.
